Panel Packages

U Build Equity’s Shell package includes; Floor system, panelized wall system, siding, windows, exterior doors, roof system, and garage walls.  All of the panelized walls are built in a climate controlled production, they‘re available in Kiln Dried Doug fir. All materials delivered to your job site at the time they are needed. The cost savings are passed on to the customer in less labor, shorter construction time, less cleanup, and less material waste.  The major work is completed before the package arrives at your job site.  This means you have fewer delays, and the price is guaranteed on the package after engineered plans.
