Deluxe Design Package

U Build Equity’s Custom Design Package includes Floor Plans, Elevations, Foundation Plan, Electrical Plans, Floor and Roofing Framing Plans, and Required Sections. These home plans are building department ready which also includes applied engineering, and Title 24 Energy Calculations where required. In our Deluxe Package we also include wall panel layouts. These include interior and exterior walls, floor system cut list, wall system cut list, sheeting layout, and a full order list of materials. These extras enable the home owner or contractor to tract there expenses and true amount of materials needed. Our deluxe packages are available for standard and custom home plans.
