U Build Equity offers custom drafting from large estate homes to agricultural and commercial buildings. Our talented design department can assist you in creating the home of your dreams or we can modify any existing plan to suit your needs. When you design with U Build Equity you can count on the backing of an experienced team dedicated to a standard of excellence and quality. We use a CAD system which includes floor plans, elevation plans, foundation plans, electrical plans, floor and roofing plans, and required sections. This system has been customized to produce unique features such as complete lumber and cut list, complete panel plans, window and door takeoffs, all for a small additional fee.
